Absolutely the Best Eyeliner I’ve Tried!
This eyeliner goes on incredibly smooth. No tugging at all! & the color payoff is a perfect 10/10. I can even apply it using 1 hand, it glides on that easily. I’m especially in love with this shade; it’s brightening without being too stark or white. Just one swipe and my eyes instantly look more awake. Highly recommend!
