SOSHE Beauty Limited Warranty

SOSHE Beauty warrants to the original consumer purchaser from www.soshebeauty.com or an authorized SOSHE Beauty reseller that the product you purchased conforms to the specifications on the website, is described as specified on the package, and is new, merchantable, and free from defects in material and workmanship.

Who May Make a Warranty Claim

Only the original consumer purchaser of the SOSHE Beauty product in the United States, purchased from www.soshebeauty.com or an authorized SOSHE Beauty reseller, can make a claim. The only authorized reseller on Amazon.com is Carbon Beauty.

The Coverage Period

This limited warranty starts on the date of your purchase and lasts for up to three (3) months (the “Warranty Period”). We may change the availability of this limited warranty at our discretion. Should we make any changes to the Warranty Period, it will not apply to previous purchases.

What is Not Covered Under The Limited Warranty

SOSHE Beauty does not warrant any products purchased from unauthorized SOSHE Beauty resellers. This SOSHE Beauty limited warranty will not apply to products purchased on Amazon.com without valid proof of purchase from Carbon Beauty. SOSHE Beauty reserves the right to inspect any items covered under the limited warranty and reject products that indicate a material variance between the product specifications on the website or printed on the package and the returned item.

In addition, this limited warranty does not cover any damages due to transportation, improper storage or use, modifications, normal wear and tear, or other actions or events beyond our reasonable control.

How to Make a Warranty Claim

To make a limited warranty claim, please contact customer support at support@soshebeauty.com. We may request proof of your original purchase from our website or an authorized reseller. You may be required to return the product to SOSHE Beauty at your own cost. SOSHE Beauty may not accept any returns that do not include a written return authorization from our customer support team.

What Is Provided Under The Limited Warranty

For any claim under this limited warranty, SOSHE Beauty will either replace the product or issue you a refund or credit for the paid amount. A claim that includes a refund or credit will not include shipping costs.

Limitation of Damages

SOSHE BEAUTY WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES RESULTING FROM THE SALE, DELIVERY, USE, OR FAILURE OF A PRODUCT OR BREACH OF THE WARRANTY. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

SOSHE BEAUTY DISCLAIMS ANY EXPRESS WARRANTY OTHER THAN AS STATED HEREIN. ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY IS LIMITED TO THE DURATION STATED ABOVE. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you.
