This is literally the only eyeliner that doesn’t smudge on me. It’s both waterproof AND smudgeproof. I love all the colors for my brown eyes and have purchased refills. The tint size is great for tightlining my upper waterline and also making a bold wing if needed!

I got this eyeliner in the blue shade, and it has seriously impressed me. This summer has been packed with pool parties under the intense Arizona sun, and this eyeliner has truly stood the test of time. It stays put, doesn’t smudge, and absolutely lives up to its “waterproof” claim.
That being said, it comes off effortlessly with makeup remover. No tugging or scrubbing required. The precision tip makes application a breeze, even for beginners. You really can’t go wrong with this one. I’ll definitely be grabbing it in every shade!
